Writing Submission

We are a community of women (and men) dedicated to making an impact on the media and publishing industries. To support our mission of helping women amplify their voices, we’re providing a beautiful and inspiring home for the work of artists and writers. We welcome you to join us, and to submit your work!

We haven’t planned a new print theme, but we’re always looking to support writers online as well! If you’re interested in us publishing your work, please send:

  • a 1-liner bio of you
  • your social media handles
  • optional: a photo of you (1600 px wide + photo credit). Photo will appear in your author bio.
  • 1–3 article pitches or full drafts
  • links to your 3–5 best articles
  • email to writing@awomensthing.org with subject line “Article Submission: Name”

Please note that we are an all-volunteer organization and do not offer compensation to contributors.
