Each artist in Humble Bloom: Winter Solstice’s Shimmer Secrets shares a bright and supple glimpse into their own worlds. Their works are diverse in material and execution but unified through their love of visceral light, inspiring the title of the exhibition. Many of the spaces created in each artist’s work are immense and intimate, despite their scale, providing an interesting opposition for the viewer if they choose to relate their own narrative.

Humble Bloom’s Winter Solstice presents Shimmer Secrets, on view from December 18 to December 22, a group exhibition featuring Abby Cheney, Rachel Gisela Cohen, Erika Sabel, and Nandan Sam He curated by Morgan Everhart at the William Vale Plaza.
